1. I don't see a product for my espresso machine—are you making more?
   Absolutely! We're always cooking up new designs to expand our lineup. In fact, we've got projects brewing right now! Do us a solid and let us know what espresso machine you own—it helps us figure out what to tackle next (if we're not already working on it)!
2. Does it matter what coffee beans I use?
   Generally speaking, nope! But here's a pro tip: stick with dry coffee beans instead of those slick, oily dark roasted ones. Fun fact—most espresso machine manufacturers with built-in grinders actually recommend the same thing.
3. Is this a permanent change to my espresso machine?
   Not even close! All our products are designed to slide in and out as easily—zero permanent changes to your beloved espresso machine required.
4. Is it dishwasher safe?
   Nope, the dishwasher is off-limits for this one! Give your divider the gentle treatment with some dish soap and a good rinse. Just make sure it's bone dry before you pop it back in.
5. Is it an instant switch between the two different coffee beans?
   Not quite—there's a little overlap. When you flip the divider to switch sides, some stragglers from the previous beans will still be hanging out in the grinder. So if you're toggling between caffeinated and decaf, your next grind will have a bit of a mixed bag going on. Our advice? Don't play ping-pong with the sides every other grind, or you'll end up with an unintentional coffee cocktail!
6. Is the divider food safe?
   You bet! We use certified food-safe materials in our manufacturing process, so you can sip your coffee with complete peace of mind.
